SPA POLICY
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation please arrive 10 minutes prior
to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will limit the time of your service.
Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s
scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply.
Cancellations without 24hour notice and No Show appointments
are charged at full value.
Gift certificates can be used toward any service, product, or spa package offered
in the spa; they are NOT redeemable for cash.
Gift certificates are void after the expiration date issued on the certificate.
You MUST have your gift certificate with you at the time
of your appointment, if you do not have it you will be asked to reschedule
your appointment, NO EXCEPTIONS.
To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all
clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children
while they are receiving services.
Children under the age of 12 receiving services are to
be accompanied by an adult.
As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you turn off
your cell phones and speak quietly while you are in the spa.
